Management Board
The Management Board of x23 Holding consists of two members. Each member is responsible for individual segments or areas, irrespective of their joint responsibility for the group. The members of the Board of Management work together as colleagues and keep each other informed of important measures and events in their business areas.
Drago Petrovic
Chairman of the Management Board
Drago Petrovic, born in 1981, has been Chairman of the Management Board of x23 Holding since January 2025.
Drago Petrovic completed his studies at the University of Applied Sciences (HTW) in Chur in 2008. He then worked internationally as an IT cloud architect and a principal systems engineer for several companies. In his more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, he has successfully implemented several complex projects and brought companies into the new cloud age. Since October 2025, he has been Chief Technology and Innovation Officer and Ambassador for all IT ventures of x23 Holding. He therefore has many years of international commercial and market experience in the IT sector. He also has a wealth of knowledge in the strategic orientation and expansion of international trading companies and in the development of cloud strategies.
As Chairman of the Management Board of x23 Holding, Drago Petrovic is responsible for the sustainable further development of the company and is in charge of Group strategy and the e-commerce and B2B segments, as well as the holding company's Corporate HR (People and Culture) and Corporate Development divisions.
Lilit Petrovic
Chief Executive Officer
Lilit Petrovic, born in 1983, has been CEO of x23 Holding since Januar 2025.
Lilit Petrovic completed her studies in Modern Languages at the Latvijas Universitate Riga in 2018. She then worked in various areas of the health and beauty industry and successfully founded several companies. Some of these companies are still part of x23 Holding today. In her earlier days, Lilit Petrovic worked intensively in international communications and public relations, as well as at Interpol.
Today, as CEO of x23 Holding, Lilit Petrovic is responsible for international relations and cooperation between the various companies. She also manages companies in the beauty and health sectors.
